Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Chase Private Client and other customers in the Branch.
• Manage client relationships and provide education and advice to suit financial needs.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to customers for 24/7 access.
