Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Florida to deliver exceptional client service to Chase Private Client and branch clients. You will manage full banking relationships, leverage advisory approaches, and drive growth in client balances.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, use of Chase technology, and collaboration with specialists while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring and deepening client relationships and revenue growth.
• 1+ year in financial services sales with new client acquisition.
• Ability to elevate client experience and build trust through consultative interactions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to adhere to risk, regulatory and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, showcasing Chase Private Client value.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize products and services.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and anticipate future requests.
