Job summary

You will work closely with Specialists to connect clients to experts, solicit referrals, and develop internal and external sources while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success acquiring and growing client relationships.
• 1+ year experience in branch banking or equivalent in financial services.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA 6/7, state licenses within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work rotating hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships with advice-based approach.
• Partner with specialists to connect clients to experts.
• Set up self-service options for 24/7 access.
