Job summary

Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) seeks a Director of Product Strategy to drive revenue and client growth across wealth segments, including private banks, broker-dealers, RIAs. You will lead market-driven strategy, partnering with product management, sales, marketing, and delivery to take ideas from concept to commercial launch.

The role requires 10+ years in fintech or wealth management, strong ability to translate market insights into product direction, and comfort working across functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product strategy within fintech or wealth management.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Able to own market discovery and translate insights into product direction.
• Comfortable collaborating with product management, sales, marketing and delivery teams.
• Familiar with wealth management structures and advisor workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define Wealth market opportunity and prioritize sub-segments.
• Translate capabilities into packaged, priced, and sold solutions.
• Develop business cases and high-level requirements.
• Lead commercialization, packaging, positioning, and pricing with marketing and sales.
• Partner across functions to drive revenue growth and client adoption.
