Job summary

TIAA in Charlotte is seeking a Wealth Product Manager to lead managed accounts product strategy and feature rollouts, aligning with client and advisor needs. You will own roadmaps, define specifications, and drive lifecycle activities to expand our suite of wealth solutions.

You will collaborate with Marketing on product collateral, analyze market trends, and monitor KPIs to inform decisions while ensuring governance and risk controls across the product line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Managed Accounts.
• 7+ years experience as an investment or wealth Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of TIAA Wealth's Managed Account offerings, specifically Private Asset Management (PAM).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product roadmaps and specifications, driving product lifecycle management.
• Research market trends and customer insights to inform strategy; present actionable recommendations.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product value and understand P&L impact.
• Develop product collateral in partnership with Marketing, including sales, training, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to drive advisor and customer engagement plans and distribution strategies.
• Maintain governance by aligning activities to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
