Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Managed Accounts
• Deep understanding of TIAA Wealth's Managed Account offerings, specifically PAM
• Experience in product lifecycle management and market analysis

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product roadmaps and specifications
• Perform market research and leverage customer insights to inform strategy
• Define and track KPIs and ensure data-driven decisions
• Develop product collateral with Marketing for sales and training
• Drive advisor and customer engagement plans and distribution strategies
• Ensure governance and controls align with risk appetite and regulations
