U.S. Bank is seeking a Wealth Banking Services Managing Director to lead a private banking team delivering lending solutions within our wholesale private banking model.

You will drive performance, credit quality, and portfolio oversight while personally handling the most complex relationships and transactions. The role requires NMLS registration under SAFE Act and compliance with banking regulations, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or other related field.
• Eight or more years of banking experience.
• Three or more years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and productivity of assigned private banking team.
• Responsible for pipeline and performance management.
• Support standards for managing the loan portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures.
• Serves as Banker for the portfolio’s most complex relationships and transactions.
