Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking an Executive Director of Private Banking to lead the Wealth Management Group's Private Bank offering across markets. You will oversee multiple reports and collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Mortgage and Small Business Banking to deepen revenue and cross-referrals.

You will drive strategy, training, and cross-functional alignment to deliver superior client experiences and profitable growth for the Private Bank segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
• More than 15 years of financial services experience.
• 8-12 years Wealth Management & Private Banking experience.
• Licensed: CTFA, CFP, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 7 (Upon Hire).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Private Bank team across key markets.
• Establish and enhance core business metrics to meet plan and budgets.
• Perform market analysis to improve client experience and revenue from Private Bank services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management leaders to ensure a broad, consistent experience.
• Ensure offerings are competitive and delivered proactively to clients.
• Partner with Marketing to develop branding and sales materials.
• Manage pipeline and activities to meet revenue and budget goals.
• Stay updated on markets, investments, and private banking products.
• Lead internal training sessions on Private Bank products and services.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Trust, and Commercial Banking leaders on integrated solutions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related
