Job summary

Pennington Partners is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager to support Portfolio Managers serving operating partner families across the United States. You will work with the Client Relationship team to deliver a seamless client experience and develop wealth plans aligned with each family's objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance, familiarity with alternative investments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or related field.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and multi-asset portfolios.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Manager and client-relations teams to deliver coordinated client experiences.
• Understand families' objectives and help design tailored wealth plans integrating investments and tax planning.
• Coordinate with CPAs, family accountants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
