Wisepath Group's Wisepath Recruiting is seeking candidates for a direct-hire junior financial planning role in Norman, OK. You will participate in a classroom-to-field training curriculum, paired with a mentor, to learn macroeconomic planning, client acquisition, and advanced case design.

No prior financial industry experience is required; a background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
• Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs and cash flow.
• Design tailored asset protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's modeling software.
• Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities and professional networks.
