Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial planning, paraplanning, wealth management, tax, accounting, banking, or insurance.
• CFP® interest strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Coachable mindset and desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize client financial information and support advisors.
• Maintain planning software data and prepare planning reports.
• Assist in retirement, investment, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow analyses.
• Conduct financial planning research and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate client information and ensure a seamless planning experience from start to finish.
