Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or related role.
• Working knowledge of portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations for advisor review.
• Gather and organize client financial information to support comprehensive planning.
• Develop customized investment and portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Prepare financial planning reports, presentations, charts, and other client meeting materials.
• Assist with deep-dive planning sessions and investment implementation.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify allocation adjustments as appropriate.
• Complete MAARs alongside advisors or third-party providers.
• Execute approved trades, transfers, and account maintenance activities.
• Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings and following up on action items.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Respond promptly to client questions while providing exceptional service.
