Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related financial services role.
• Working knowledge of portfolio management and investment principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and investment management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations for advisor review.
• Gather and organize client financial information to support comprehensive planning.
• Develop customized investment and portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Prepare financial planning reports, presentations, charts, and meeting materials.
• Assist with deep-dive planning sessions and investment implementation.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify allocation adjustments.
• Complete MAARs with advisors or third-party providers.
• Execute approved trades, transfers, cash movements, and account maintenance.
