Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Paraplanner in Morgantown, WV to support Financial Advisors by preparing financial plans, analyzing investments, and coordinating implementation. You will gather data, run analyses, and ensure timely follow-up to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wealth management, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with financial planning software like eMoney. This on-site role partners with advisors and operations to support planning from data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with experience considered.
• Advanced Excel and financial planning software experience (eMoney preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and maintain client financial information and documentation.
• Prepare retirement, insurance, education, estate, and cash flow analyses using financial planning software.
• Assist in development of financial plans and investment recommendations for advisor review.
• Prepare financial planning reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Analyze client information to identify planning opportunities, data gaps, and items for advisor review.
• Support implementation of approved planning recommendations and monitor action items.
• Prepare account summaries, portfolio reviews, and updates for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings as needed and document follow-up items.
• Maintain records in accordance with firm policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with advisors, operations personnel, and external providers for a seamless client experience.
