Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Knowledge of financial planning concepts and wealth management strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financial planning software, preferably eMoney.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain client financial information and documentation.
• Prepare retirement, insurance, education, estate, and cash flow analyses.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations.
• Prepare financial planning reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Analyze client data to identify planning opportunities and data gaps.
• Research planning strategies and investment products.
• Support implementation of planning recommendations and track actions.
• Prepare account summaries and portfolio reviews for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and document follow-up items.
• Maintain records in accordance with firm policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
