Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a Financial Planning Reporting Operations professional to support eMoney, ensure data integrity, and drive platform adoption for advisors. You will collaborate with technology, project managers, and vendors to keep the planning ecosystem healthy and scalable.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while building stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; relevant experience considered.
• 2–5+ years in financial services, ideally wealth/investment operations or planning support.
• Direct experience with eMoney or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Experience operating business applications, including tickets, provisioning, or issue tracking.
• Familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Exposure to analytics/risk platforms like Solovis or BlackRock Aladdin is a plus; willing to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Administer eMoney as primary ops contact, including provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as first point of contact for advisor questions and data setup.
• Monitor data quality and integrations across platforms, resolve reconciliation issues.
• Manage eMoney support tickets and platform releases with vendors/teams.
• Collaborate to evaluate enhancements and upgrades to improve capabilities.
• Develop training and documentation to boost advisor proficiency and self-service.
• Produce operational reporting on usage, tickets, and data quality.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce manual data entry and improve UX.
• Maintain SOPs ensuring data handling complies with policies and regs.
• Cross-train for Solovis Risk Pro support, including access and integration monitoring.
