Qualifications

• 3+ years in wealth management or financial planning support.
• Experience with custodial platforms such as Pershing or NetX360+.
• Familiarity with CRM and planning tools (eMoney, Black Diamond, Holistiplan).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and implementation of comprehensive financial plans.
• Input and maintain client data in financial planning tools and CRM.
• Manage planning checklists and update related systems.
• Coordinate operational steps to implement Advisor recommendations.
• Support new accounts, rollovers, transfers, and onboarding.
• Process non-discretionary trades as directed by Lead Advisors.
• Coordinate asset movements (ACHs, wires, journals).
• Prepare and track client paperwork via DocuSign and traditional methods.
• Monitor workflows in custodial systems and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with Advisors to ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Coordinate with investment operations, compliance, billing, and trading teams.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Stay current on financial planning strategies and industry best practices.
