Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) is seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional in the United States (Chicago area) to provide support and product expertise for wealth planning, business development, sales and service delivered by wealth advisors and relationship managers.

You will assist in client proposals, market research, and prospect identification, while acting as the primary service contact for clients and ensuring compliance with risk policies.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• General knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.
• Working towards a financial planning designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and product expertise for wealth planning, development, sales and service to wealth advisors and relationship managers.
• Assist in preparing proposals or presentations for clients/prospects and market research.
• Maintain client relationships, organize files, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
