Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of investment experience in a client-facing role.
• Pursue CFP, CPWA, or higher-level education within one year.
• Hold SIE and Series 7/66 or Series 7/63/65 licenses.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Travel to market branches is expected.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Advisors by preparing for client meetings and analyzing complex financial situations.
• Deliver planning recommendations and position financial planning in the client experience.
• Support advisor growth and deepen client engagement across the market.
• Develop customized annual financial plans and present them to clients.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to solicit planning business.
• Stay informed with relevant news and update clients.
• Document and follow up on opportunities from financial planning.
• Serve as a planning specialist for client scenarios and team inquiries.
• Monitor client revenues related to financial planning to maximize opportunities.
