Job summary

mariner-careers is seeking a Wealth Planning Analyst to join our wealth management team. You will support licensed advisors by coordinating client meetings, conducting research, and preparing initial financial plans under supervision.

This role builds technical and analytical skills toward becoming a licensed advisor, with opportunities for Series 65 progression and CFP exposure as part of long-term development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (or within 6 months of hire).
• Internship in financial planning or wealth management organization.
• Commitment to pursuing the Series 65 license within a defined timeframe after hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings and prepare for advisor discussions.
• Research financial planning topics and assemble supporting materials.
• Prepare initial plan drafts under licensed advisor direction.
• Enter client data into planning software and help develop projections.
• Assist with follow-up deliverables and client communications.
