Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning or a related field preferred or completion within 6 months of hire.
  • Internship experience within a financial planning or wealth management organization.
  • Commitment to pursuing the Series 65 license within a defined timeframe after hire.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client meetings (onsite and virtual) and manage logistics.
  • Assist with financial planning research and initial plan drafts.
  • Prepare meeting materials and notes for advisor discussions.
  • Support client service activities and paperwork.
  • Gather client financial data and enter into planning software.
  • Provide overflow support to Client Service Associates during onboarding.
  • Help develop financial projections and what-if scenarios.
  • Research portfolio holdings, performance, and asset allocation.
  • Prepare research summaries to support advisor recommendations.
