Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Investment Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities include triaging leads, meeting with clients, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. You will expand knowledge with required licenses and trainings, and may handle residential mortgage loans under SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and product services.
