Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related progress in investment operations is a plus.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in investment account opening or operations.
• Ability to translate FPS processes into actionable plans to drive quality.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor team members.
• Experience implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Series 7 license is required (fingerprinting).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for FPS Investment Account Opening operations.
• Develop and deliver technical training to FPAs and FPS teams.
• Identify gaps, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and assist in QA plans and process improvements.
• Act as backup for subscriber support calls and assist cross-functional projects.
