Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks an Associate in Wealth Management Operations in Columbus to assist beneficiaries through inheritance processes and to support internal and external client relationships. You will work with the team to execute process improvements, manage risk, and ensure timely, accurate case handling, delivering high levels of service and empathy to clients and beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years financial services experience with client service interactions.
• Knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans, and account opening and asset distribution processes.
• Ability to work within Wealth Management Operations and manage internal/external client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and support project efforts, leveraging domain knowledge of markets and instruments.
• Identify risks in day-to-day processes and contribute to improvements.
• Build relationships with team and stakeholders to improve outputs.
• Support inheritance lifecycle for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Communicate with clients via phone/email providing high service levels and transparency.
