Job summary

Guardian Life seeks a Wealth Operations & Complex Case Support Specialist to deliver end-to-end implementation support for large, multi‑product wealth cases after a client decision to move forward. You will partner with advisors and internal teams to guide systems, documentation and execution complexity.

You will translate complex operational requirements into clear action plans, ensuring momentum in high-stakes, detail-oriented work and providing training materials to build broader capability

Qualifications

• Wealth management operations experience including exposure to advisory, annuity and/or alternative investments.
• Experience partnering with advisers or frontline teams in execution-heavy environments.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies, handoffs and escalation points.
• Clear, calm communication with the ability to explain complex processes step by step.
• Sound judgment and accountability in evolving or pilot environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation oversight for large, complex, multi-product wealth cases through funding, execution and completion with clear ownership.
• Serve as a senior escalation and advisory partner to investment advisers, third-party sponsors, and internal teams, translating complex requirements into practical execution plans.
• Provide high-touch guidance across processes, systems, documentation, account structures, sequencing and dependencies while reinforcing advisor ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Business Development, Service, Trading Operations, Compliance, Licensing, custodians and platform sponsors to resolve barriers and maintain momentum.
• Evaluate operational risk, handoffs, escalation points and process gaps; proactively recommend solutions to reduce advisor friction and improve client delivery.
• Develop and support training, reference materials, and process guidance for relevant products and workflows to build field and internal partner capability.
• Contribute to pilot programs and evolving service models by identifying implementation themes and documenting lessons learned.
