Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related client-facing role.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, present solutions, and close business
• Strong communication, consultative sales, and follow-up skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Interest in expanding into investments and comprehensive financial planning
• Commitment to ethical conduct and fiduciary responsibility

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients through company-generated leads and networking
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' financial goals and needs
• Identify opportunities across insurance, investments, retirement, and financial planning
• Collaborate with financial planning professionals to develop comprehensive financial plans
• Present recommendations and guide clients through implementation
• Support client acquisition and onboarding
• Build referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Participate in seminars, educational events, and marketing initiatives
• Learn and use the firm's financial planning, CRM, and portfolio management technology
