Strittmatter Wealth Management Group (SWMG) is a growing, technology-forward Registered Investment Advisor in Fort Worth, TX. We seek accomplished Wealth Managers who have built an advisory practice and want a platform with qualified leads, planning resources, and operational support to grow.

SWMG offers a warm-leads growth platform, modern technology, and a structure to scale your client relationships while maintaining fiduciary responsibility and high service standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience.
• Proven ability to attract, convert, and retain high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing an established book of business.
• Strong financial planning and investment knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; Life/Health license; securities licenses.
• CFP certification and RIA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.
• Convert qualified company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Present comprehensive wealth management recommendations covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and long-term planning.
• Lead prospective clients through discovery, solutions, and onboarding.
• Oversee asset transitions and help clients implement recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing client review and planning meetings.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate referrals.
• Partner with paraplanners, portfolio management, operations, marketing, and client service.
• Use SWMG technology and workflows to manage prospects and client relationships.
• Participate in seminars, educational events, and marketing initiatives.
