Financial Advisor Development Program

We’re looking for driven individuals who want more than just a job. As a wealth management trainee on our team, you will work one-on-one with clients to create personalized financial solutions, build meaningful relationships, and develop a career you’re proud of.

Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations and develop financial plans.

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Pursue and complete required licensing examinations.

Qualifications

No finance background required. Experience in sales, customer service, or any people-facing role is a big plus.

Step one: obtain necessary licenses. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework and support for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination, with the exam fee reimbursed and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.

Additional licensing exams are required to become a Financial Advisor.
