Step one: obtain necessary licenses. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework and support for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination, with the exam fee reimbursed and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.

Additional licensing exams are required to become a Financial Advisor.
