Job summary

JPMorgan Wealth Management is seeking a Wealth Management Statement Product Owner to drive the product roadmap, groom feature requirements, and lead a product cabinet across 3 technology teams. You will manage backlog through Jira and ensure adherence to agility metrics while coordinating with multiple partners.

Qualifications

• Prior statement platform experience in financial services industry.
• Expertise in business requirements writing and communication.
• Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.
• Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation.
• Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends.
• FINRA Series 99 within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Wealth Management Statement platform as subject matter expert in leadership forums and issue escalation matters.
• Manage the intake of requested statement messages and inserts.
• Ensure the platform supports business volume growth while meeting regulatory requirements in a controls-based operating model.
• Create a consistent account statement experience across accounting platforms and client channels.
• Invest in client experience by adding targeted new features and functionality.
• Partner with teams to identify impacts and drive requirements grooming for delivery.
• Review and manage statement messaging intake.
• Prioritize Epics and Initiatives via quarterly planning with partner teams.
