The Wealth Management Sales Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying B2B2C that result in sales. The specialist is responsible for lead development, cultivation and sales conversions. Must work cross functionally with sales, marketing, account specialist and student support teams.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent education and experience). 1+ years of experience in Sales Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for daily workflow management. Familiarity with sales engagement and email automation platforms. Proficiency in SalesForce CRM software Experience with Excel or Google Sheets Ability to travel approximately 3-4 times per years of the time (air/ 3-4 days overnight) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking and audience engagement skills. Demonstrated small group presentation skills both in a live setting and via webinars. Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams

For full-time positions, Kaplan has three salary grades. This position is Salary Grade A: $31,200 to $78,647. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
