First Seacoast Bank in United States, New Hampshire, Dover seeks an experienced Wealth Management Administrative/Support professional to provide operational, sales and client service support for the Wealth Department. You will answer client inquiries, maintain accounts, prepare proposals and assist in meeting financial goals.

You will ensure compliance with banking regulations and FINRA/SEC requirements while coordinating client events and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial services/administrative support role.
  • Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 as well as LAH are preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated; able to achieve responsibilities with little direction from supervisor
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with various software and/or financial programs

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational, sales and administrative support to the Wealth Department.

  • Maintains the SUGAR system and conducts investment research as needed.
  • Provides information to clients and prospective clients; handles service requests for Wealth Executives.
  • Coordinates business development activities and client events; organizes seminars and meetings.
  • Processes documentation; prepares sales proposals and client communications; completes annual reviews.
  • Supports outreach to generate interest in FSB Wealth Management.
  • Assists customers with technology inquiries regarding mobile/online banking.

Provides operational, sales and administrative support to the Wealth Department. Interfaces with clients to answer questions and inquiries in an effort to meet their financial goals and objectives. Performs duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with federal and state banking regulations and adheres to all bank policies and procedures. Responsible for knowledge and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations of a securities branch office.

Maintains client databases; process new account openings; tracks mailings and transfers.

  1. Develops client proposals and gathers information in preparation for client/prospect meetings. Maintains paperwork and system for IRA distributions, transfers and address changes, researches and prepares client reviews; develops and maintains a detailed performance reporting system.
  2. Develop and maintain a system for reporting calls for the weekly, monthly and quarterly call meetings. Assists in the exaction of the Wealth Management Client Service Model.
  3. Manages the SUGAR system (internal in-bound referral management system) in accordance with Bank Policies and Procedures. As needed, conducts investment research and assists in the development of client portfolio presentations.
  4. Provides basic information to clients and prospective clients; manages incoming service requests from clients and Wealth Executives.
  5. Coordinates business development activities, organizes client events, public education seminars, and periodic meetings as needed.
  6. Processes all documentation; prepares sales proposals, prepares and distributes letters with instructions for client signatures; policies for delivery, processes annual reviews for clients and compiles information for client/prospect meetings.
  7. Manages strategic outreach efforts with clients, prospects and centers of influence for appointments and referrals to generate interest in FSB Wealth Management.
  8. Assists customers with technology inquiries regarding mobile and online banking applications.
  9. Ensures that quality customer service standards are consistently achieved

This position is anticipated to become part of Cambridge Savings Bank "CSB" following the successful completion of CSB's proposed acquisition of First Seacoast Bank "FSB". Upon close of the transaction, the selected candidate will transition from FSB employment to CSB employment and become integrated into CSB's organizational structure.
