Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a client service environment.

• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• High integrity, discretion, and client-first mindset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Support Wealth Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-touch service.
• Prepare client reports, materials, and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare required documents and compliance materials.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and internal records.
• Prepare and track client paperwork and account documentation with custodians.
• Assist with quarterly statements and client communications.
