Job summary

Northwestern Mutual Houston is seeking a Recruiter who leads full-cycle recruiting for Financial Advisors and future business leaders, building a strong talent pipeline from sourcing through selection.

You will partner with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, manage candidate experience, and drive growth for the office in Houston, Texas. This role offers a direct-hire, full-time position with opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

3+ years in talent acquisition or related fields.
Proven success sourcing and hiring top professionals.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and influencing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM or recruiting tech.
Strong analytical skills using recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Financial Advisors and emerging business leaders.
Develop robust pipeline via networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and community engagement.
Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Coordinate all stages of the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with growth objectives.
