Fortera Federal Credit Union in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Wealth Management Program Manager to lead and grow the wealth management program. You will supervise 3–5 Financial Advisors, drive sales, coach advisors, and partner with branches to deepen referrals while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC and insurance regulations.

The role combines production with people leadership, requiring a strong track record in wealth management, licensing, and regulatory know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; 5+ years as Financial Advisor or 10 years combined education/experience.
• Master's in Finance/Business preferred; CFA/ChFC certifications are advantageous.
• FINRA licenses required; state life and health licenses required or obtainable within 12 months.
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, estate planning, and tax strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/production goals; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of 3–5 Financial Advisors; drive AUM growth and revenue.
• Set and manage sales goals for assets under management and new accounts.
• Monitor pipeline, provide performance feedback, and coach on client engagement.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new advisors; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain an active book of business alongside management duties; escalate complex client cases.
• Collaborate with branch network, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee training.
