Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, end users, and IT, translate challenges into actionable requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support solution delivery from discovery through testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating work within Jira.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in financial services, wealth management, or banking is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Management leaders, end users, and technology teams to understand processes and objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Translate needs into detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain end-user, technical, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and better user experiences.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Review proposed solutions and provide recommendations aligning with standards.
• Support testing activities by validating requirements and participating in UAT.
• Facilitate reviews and demonstrations to gather feedback and align projects.
• Document processes, workflows, use cases, and system interactions.
• Continuously evaluate operations and recommend improvements.
