Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Wealth Management Services (WMS) Lead in Tulsa to oversee workflow operations, lead an operational team, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Enterprise Operations, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient processes and service delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, risk mitigation, and staff development, with a focus on optimization and reliability across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; 5+ years in a high-volume securities operations environment; Fixed Income workflow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an operational team and ensure effective daily processes and service delivery.
• Prioritize operational priorities and implement plans to improve efficiency and performance.
• Establish procedures, standards, and controls to strengthen governance and mitigate risk.
• Coach team members and provide development opportunities while reinforcing service expectations.
• Research operational issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage shifting workloads, allocate resources, and maintain key partner relationships.
• Support conversions, new initiatives, regulatory requirements, and other business changes.
