Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Private Client Investment Associate within Wealth Management to deliver client service, operational support, and administrative assistance to Private Client Advisors.

You will help with account openings, money movements, and trades; build client relationships; support wealth planning, risk management, and compliance; and help prepare performance reports while upholding firm standards.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required or to be obtained within 120 days.
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018, must also hold valid SIE exam.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health licenses must be obtained within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors' book of business with account openings, money movement and trades.
• Help build client relationships by processing requests and providing wealth planning info.
• Assist in relationship management and performance reporting for reviews.
• Engage in risk management including Know Your Customer procedures and account reviews.
• Support operational procedures and ensure documentation complies with requirements.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and foster team culture.
