Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in wealth management, Series 7/66, and strong written and executive communication skills to partner with field leadership and drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in wealth management sales and business experience.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Foundational knowledge of goals-based investing.
• Strong investment and product knowledge; able to explain complex ideas.
• Experience coaching advisors on practice management and financial planning.
• Excellent written and executive communication skills.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practice management concepts and tools to advisors.
• Mentor and train advisors to be more effective.
