Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in loan documentation, loan operations or related banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Review approved loan packages and supporting documentation.
• Enter and maintain information within internal systems.
• Coordinate with documentation preparation partners to ensure accuracy.
• Validate loan documents for completeness and funding readiness.
• Support bankers throughout the document execution process and resolve deficiencies.
