Qualifications

• IAR registration or Series 65 preferred; Series 7/66 could apply.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives for the Wealth Management client service team.
• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for new policies.
• Oversee CRM management and client onboarding processes and ensure compliance.
• Guide teams, train staff, and improve service quality and efficiency.
