Job summary

U.S. Bank's Private Wealth Management team is seeking a dedicated Account Opening Specialist in Tempe, AZ to oversee new banking deposit, trust, and investment account openings from initiation through funding.

You will serve as the primary contact across Wealth Management and Operations, coordinating with advisors, relationship managers and support staff to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate onboarding.

Qualifications

• Typically Associate's degree and/or five or more years of relevant experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven client service and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the account opening process from initiation to funding.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management and Operations to fulfill new account openings.
• Communicate with advisors, relationship managers and operations staff to resolve issues.
