Job summary

Baird offers Private Wealth Management interns real-world experience, valued team members, and direct contributions to the group's success. You’ll apply classroom knowledge to build relevant professional experience, while forming meaningful relationships and gaining insight into the day-to-day life of successful Financial Advisors and their teams.

This summer internship is full-time, 37.5–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday in our Tucson, AZ office, with a start in June 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business or related degree preferred.
• Anticipated graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Interest in financial services and developing a career in private wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from Financial Advisors (review reports and research).
• Prepare for client meetings and presentations.
• Assist with financial planning and market research.
• Handle admin tasks, calls and basic client questions.
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
• Process paperwork and documents.
• Perform other duties and project support as needed.
