Job summary

Equitable offers a Summer Intern role within the Wealth Management Advisor team, providing hands-on exposure to advisor and client experiences, market trends, and strategic initiatives. You’ll develop insights for decision making and create executive-ready deliverables for leadership review.

The internship features a hybrid schedule with three days in office, a nine-week program starting in early June 2027, and an hourly rate of $22.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred).
• Interest in Wealth Management, financial services, technology, and business strategy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management initiatives focused on advisor effectiveness and client experience through research, analysis, and project work.
• Partner with teams across Digital, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to support platform enhancements, reporting, and business priorities.
• Explore emerging AI and digital tools to improve productivity, decision making, and efficiency for financial professionals.
• Evaluate advisor and client facing programs to strengthen engagement and drive results.
• Develop executive ready presentations and recommendations that help inform decision making and showcase your contributions.
