Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree student currently enrolled and not yet graduated at internship start date.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Planning, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Gain exposure to Wealth Management through rotational assignments across private banking, investments, financial planning, personal trust administration, and operations.
• Support Wealth Management professionals by researching client, planning, and investment‑related questions and gathering information to assist with client and prospect opportunities.
• Assist financial planners and Wealth Management team members with research, analysis, and administrative projects.
• Develop an understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and wealth management solutions used to support clients' financial goals.
• Observe and collaborate with professionals across Wealth Management functions to understand how teams work together to meet client needs.
• Participate in projects related to innovation and emerging technologies, including opportunities to explore how AI may improve manual processes and workflows.
• Complete short‑term assignments and projects while gaining exposure to multiple career paths within Wealth Management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
