Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with interest in financial services and/or wealth management or retirement planning.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to wealth management and retirement plan advisory services.
• Shadow and support retirement team members during client interactions and internal processes.
• Assist in enrollment sessions, financial wellness workshops and education sessions, and committee meetings.
• Observe how team members manage client accounts and address client needs.
• Shadow wealth management team members during client meetings and planning discussions.
• Learn to utilize financial planning tools to add value and help retain client relationships.
• Provide support for account administration and maintenance under team guidance.
• Support the team in delivering a high-quality client experience.
