Job summary

Baird is seeking a Private Wealth Management intern to gain real-world experience and contribute to the team in the Pittsburgh-South Hills, PA office. You will support advisors, review reports, and help prepare client meeting materials.

The internship runs full-time during the summer (37.5–40 hours/week), starting in June 2027, offering mentorship and hands-on projects in wealth management. Ideal candidates are pursuing finance/business degrees with a Dec 2027 or later graduation, strong

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related degree preferred.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in financial services and wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High motivation, proactivity and eagerness to learn.
• Prior office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support various projects from Financial Advisors (i.e. review reports and conduct research)
• Prepare for client meetings and presentations
• Assist with financial planning and market research
• Handle admin tasks, calls and basic client questions
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives
• Process paperwork and documents
• Perform other duties and project support as needed
