Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Trust, Brokerage, Private Banking, Investments, Retirement Plan Services, and Operations to understand each area’s products and client needs.
• Support Retirement Plan Services and gain education in retirement plan administration, sponsor support, participant service, and fiduciary processes.
• Assist with Trust, fiduciary administration and Brokerage, including account documentation, client and beneficiary service, distributions, reviews, and recordkeeping.
• Observe Private Banking relationship management and assist with client research, meeting preparation, service requests, and coordination of banking and Wealth Management solutions.
• Assist the Investments team with market and security research, portfolio and performance reporting, investment meeting preparation, and other analytical projects.
• Support Operations through account onboarding, system and data maintenance, transaction processing, quality-control reviews, reporting, and workflow improvement projects.
