Job summary

Lenmar Consulting in Utah seeks a Branch Services Representative for the Gain & Loss team within Wealth Management. You will respond to and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including 1099-B reporting, cost basis questions, and account maintenance, with accuracy and timely resolution.

The role requires independent work, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects against firm deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business field and experience in the Financial Industry.
• Understanding of general accounting principles as they apply to the industry.
• Understanding of general process controls, with knowledge of database, spreadsheet applications, and data modelling, including Microsoft Excel, Access and other Office applications.
• Superior Communication Skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting.
• Provide educational and regulatory insights, reconciliation discrepancies, and support cost basis reporting.
