Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management is seeking an Event Specialist - Senior Associate to plan and execute development events for branch-based and office-based advisors. You will partner with the Advisor Development team to ensure a positive attendee experience and manage end-to-end event logistics.

The role focuses on scheduling, coordination, content creation, and on-site facilitation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across teams to drive successful programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event planning and execution experience (virtual and in person).
• Project management experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to effectively partner with other teams to drive forward projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming registration requests, escalating or resolving inquiries, as needed.
• Create correspondence regarding travel logistics and travel confirmations.
• Coordinate logistics for in person training (hotel and conference booking, flight scheduling,seating, audio and visual planning, finalizing materials, cateringand access/badging).
• Assist team with tracking and dispositioning of participant attendance for both in person and virtual training.
• Build and manage all content, event run-of-show documents, facilitator guides, and day-of checklists.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for faculty, participants, and local stakeholders. Able to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Maintain an event calendar and ensure alignment with program timelines, capacity, and facilitator availability.
• Support post-event closeout: attendance tracking, feedback collection, action items, and continuous improvement.
